Lilou was raised in a bohemian, mixed-arts household in New Orleans. They spent their childhood watching their parents create art and learning to express themselves through paint, body art, and performance. After a decade of traveling and exploring their identity, Lilou settled in Portland to apprentice under a renowned tattoo artist while continuing their performance art.
